Reformer education

Are you passionate about reformer? Do you want to pass on that passion? Then become a Reformer instructor with us.


We continuously offer Reformer training for anyone who wants to become a Reformer instructor with us. During the training course, you will be equipped to handle the tasks you will encounter after the training in your future job as an instructor.


Gitte Salling and Ditte Dyrholm are instructors on energii's training. Gitte continuously ensures that all employees are kept motivated via workshops that help to ensure the quality of energy in team hours.

The training includes the following

Basic anatomy and exercise physiology, 

Music understanding, 

Performance, 

Teaching Techniques in the reformer.

    Price per Participating in the Reformer training: 5000,- You will be sent an invoice and payment must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the training.

In order for you to be admitted to the Energii programme, we expect

That you love to train 


That you have relevant teaching experience or are passionate about learning to teach 


That you are used to training in the reformer. 


That you have participated in at least 30 Reformer classes at energii. 


That you can participate in all teaching and practice classes. 


That you want to be part of Team energii. 

You must be able to take classes in the evening and at the weekend. 


You must expect to spend a lot of time during the course on preparation, training, practice along the way and self-study. Expect 7-10 hours per week in addition to scheduled teaching hours.

With the education you get

Opportunity to train for free with energii during the training course.


Opportunity for employment in the Energii team and with that comes continued sparring, workshops, courses and free training. 


Opportunity to become a "foal" with one of Team energii's already trained instructors. 


Exam certificate that qualifies you to teach all Reformer classes.

Heat It Up® Mobility & Stretch training

Do you love the Heat It Up® mobility classes? And would you like to stand at the front and teach up to 20 students at a time in 30 degree heat?

There is no education planned for 2023 yet. After finishing and passing the exam, get ready to teach Mobility & Stretch incl. meditation


Gitte Salling teaches the entire Heat It Up® course, and you have the opportunity to get help and inspiration from Gitte and Team energii during the entire course.


We are constantly updating the page with new training dates.


The Heat It Up® training includes the following

    Review of everything you need to teach both Mobility & Stretch and Meditation & Stretch classes Music understanding Performance teaching Review of exercises 11 hours of teaching 4 hours of self-training exam Teaching material

We have not yet planned the next Heat It Up Mobility & Stretch training.

Tighten Up and Pulse & Strength training

Are you absolutely in love with Heat It Up Tight Up and Heat It Up Pulse & Strength? And would you like to share that passion?

Right now you have the opportunity to become a trained Heat It Up instructor with us. On the course you will learn how to teach and motivate others, how to put together a program and generally be equipped to handle the task as an instructor.


It is a requirement for the education that you know beats and have an understanding of music.
