Get your body tightened up, gain more strength, greater flexibility and achieve weight loss with training in 30 degrees of lovely healing infrared heat.

The training takes place in a 30 degree infrared heated room. The infrared heat ensures that your muscles and joints are warmed up from the inside, which will also make you more supple and flexible during training. The infrared heat also helps with the excretion of waste products, and you quickly become more persistent and your recovery is improved. Once you get used to the heat, you can't live without it.

We advise against pregnant women and people with high blood pressure participating in the Heat It Up® teams. Heat It Up® is available in Østerbro, Greve, Holte, Hillerød and Frederiksberg.

Heat It Up®

TRX

Heat It Up® TRX is a relatively simple and effective form of training, where especially your core muscles get to work, while you will get your whole body trained and strengthened.

TRX® stands for Total body Resistance Exercise. In TRX®, you use the straps and your own body weight to train your strength, flexibility, balance and fitness.

Anyone can join.

Training is done in ToeSox or indoor shoes. Remember towel.

Heat It Up®

Tighten up

A strengthening and toning 50 min. in the heat, where you get a good workout for your whole body every time. Arms, stomach, waist, back, inner thighs and balls are always part of the training.

 

We do functional strength training so that both your strength, endurance, balance and coordination are challenged. Your level is always taken into account.

Dumbbells, rings, balls and rubber bands can be used in the classes.

Heat It Up®

Pulse & Strength

At Heat It Up® Pulse & Strength, the pace is fast, and we work with lots of pulse and strength training. It is an intensive fat-burning class in the heat, where you will get your whole body trained, while the pulse exercises will significantly improve your fitness.

 

At Pulse & Strength, you can use dumbbells, sliders, rings and rubber bands etc

 

Everyone can participate in the team. There is no difficult choreography.

If you are completely new, please let the instructor know before the class starts.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is for you who want to achieve peace of mind as well as well-being and presence in the body. We start the classes with a light warm-up of the body's large muscle groups, before we move around in the classic yoga positions. The heat in the hall helps to warm up your body from the inside, which will make you more supple and flexible, so that you can more easily go deeper into the various stretches. Heat It Up® Hot Yoga helps to improve your flexibility, balance, body awareness and strength.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a lovely calming exercise that allows the body to enter a deep experience of relaxation and calm. With peace of mind and body, you create recovery, greater freedom of movement and better concentration. We focus on the breath and the positions are kept relaxed for 3-5 minutes, during which you achieve deep and calm stretches that soften muscles, joints and connective tissue.

Power Flow Yoga

Power Flow Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga which often consists of sun salutations and strengthening playful sequences. The focus is to create a dynamic flow between the positions in step with the breath. Power Flow Yoga strengthens posture muscles, balance, increases concentration and increases blood circulation. Power Flow is for you who like to get a little sweat on your forehead and enjoy a slightly higher pace. We end with a short relaxation. This class is for you who already have some knowledge of Flow Yoga.

Heat It Up®

Mobility and Stretch

At Heat It Up® Mobility & Stretch, we focus on your mobility and mobility. We work at a slow pace, so you can better focus on each movement and correct execution of the exercise.

 

There is a focus on strengthening your back, neck and shoulders, while at the same time we do posture correcting, flexibility and mobility exercises.

 

The class always ends with a long pleasant stretch and relaxation.

Circle

A mix of strength and cardio. The training is built around stations of selected exercises that alternate between cardio and strength. Dumbbells, rings, rubber bands and sliders can be used during the class. The instructor guides you through technique and time at each station.

We recommend that you wear indoor shoes. Everyone can join the Heat It Up® Circle.

Heat It Up®

Box It

At Heat It Up® Box It, the pace is fast!

We work with the basic hitting techniques and hitting combinations on the sandbags. Pulse intervals may occur on the hour.

It is recommended that you have trained in the heat before trying Box It.

You do not need to have any experience with boxing. We recommend that you wear indoor shoes. Heat It Up® Box It is available in Holte.


Heat It Up®

Meditation & Stretch

A quiet mental hour where we slow down and recharge your internal batteries. We start with a meditation where the instructor guides you through the whole body.

We create peace and relaxation before we go on a small meditation journey. After the meditation, the body is stretched with gentle, effective and long stretches for all the major muscle groups. The class focuses on breathing, while we play gentle and calm music. 50 minutes of pure balm for the soul. Heat It Up® Meditation & Stretch is available in Holte.


Dance

Come and work up a sweat and swing your hips to a lot of great music, of all kinds. There is no requirement to be able to dance in advance, everyone can join.

What should I remember?

You must be wearing training clothes and Toe Sox, and bring a towel to lay on top of your mat. In the following classes you can use indoor shoes: Heat It Up ® Tighten Up, Pulse & Strength, TRX, Box It and Circle . We sell Toe Sox, gloves, mats, towels and water etc. in our centres. There is no entry into the Heat It Up ® hall without socks, a towel or possibly clean indoor shoes.

 

Remember to drink plenty of water, preferably a few hours before the start.
